Special Counsel, Barry Schultz, to Be Keynote Speaker at 19th Annual Affordable Housing and Community Development Conference
Special Counsel, Barry Schultz, will be the keynote speaker at the 19th Annual AffordableHousing & Community Development Conference, “Collaborating for Sustainable Neighborhoods,” to be held October 14th at San Diego’s Marina Village. Schultz will present “Sustainable Neighborhoods – An Equitable Pathway to Regional Prosperity”. The focus will be on defining, developing, and understanding “sustainable neighborhoods” and why they are so important to the region.
Schultz will draw on his 25 years of combined legal, planning and community development experience. His law practice focuses on real estate/land use, redevelopment, affordable housing and sustainable development. Prior to joining Stutz Artiano, Schultz served as CEO for the San Diego Capital Collaborative, a community investment corporation, and served as chair of the City of San Diego’s Planning Commission.
